Donald Trump Asks Reporters How They Like His New Garbage Truck

By Brett T. | Twitchy.com

Donald Trump was campaigning in Green Bay, Wisconsin Wednesday and put on a high-visibility vest and got behind the wheel of his new garbage truck. A lot of people suggested that Trump pull a McDonald's and troll Democrats by working as a sanitation worker for a day, but the Trump campaign was already on it.

'Disgusting': Donald Trump, JD Vance Respond Accordingly to Biden's 'Garbage' Swipe at Trump Supporters

By Sister Toldjah | RedState.com

AP Photo/Ben Gray

I think people of all political persuasions would agree that there is never a dull moment in presidential election years, and that is especially the case when Donald Trump and his Trump Derangement Syndrome-suffering critics on the left/in the media are involved.

As RedState reported earlier, President Joe Biden (deliberately?) sabotaged the biggest moment of Vice President Harris' political career Tuesday by stating on a "Voto Latino" call as her speech was getting underway that Trump supporters were "garbage."

“The only garbage I see floating out there is his supporters," Biden said after he talked about Trump's alleged "demonization" of Puerto Rico in the aftermath of the fauxrage generated over the "floating island of garbage" joke made by comedian Tony Hinchcliffe at Trump's Sunday Madison Square Garden rally.

For those who missed the video clip, watch:

Needless to say, it didn't take long for Sen. JD Vance (R-OH), Trump's vice presidential running mate, to react to the news.

JD Vance @JDVance

This is disgusting. Kamala Harris and her boss Joe Biden are attacking half of the country.

There's no excuse for this. I hope Americans reject it.

----

Here's Trump learning about Biden's comments for the first time, from Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) while on a campaign swing through Pennsylvania:

When Trump took to the microphone, he condemned what Biden said but also insinuated that he thinks Biden is sabotaging Harris' campaign.

"I'm convinced that he likes me more than he likes Kamala."

Watch:

CLICK HERE TO VIEW THE VIDEO.

I mean, I think a pretty convincing case could be made that Biden is doing just that - sabotaging Harris' campaign as payback for him being forced out of the presidential race back in July.

Whatever the case may be, rest assured that the Democrats' apologists in the mainstream press are already busy trying to rush to Biden's rescue as we speak, attempting to clean up another mess he left on Aisle 5 with just a week left to go in this insane election cycle.

But it may be too late. The damage has been done, not just with what Biden stated on that call but with all the other insulting rhetoric out there from the left, including Democrat vice presidential nominee Tim Walz comparing Trump's supporters to Nazis and Kamala Harris refusing to disavow the comments when asked three times about them.

They are once again telling us who they are. And voters themselves should respond accordingly at the ballot box on November 5th.

Heartbreak: The Human Cost of Kamala Harris' Border Policy

By Ward Clark | RedState.com

AP Photo/Marco Ugarte

The election is one week from today, and many people - like me - have already voted. We vote for various reasons, with various interests; the economy, health care, foreign affairs, and taxation. There are as many reasons as there are voters.

But this year illegal immigration is a major issue for many voters, and not just those in border states. Note carefully that I state illegal immigration - and no, I will not call these people "undocumented," they are here illegally, they broke our nation's laws by entering, and there's an end to it. Few, if any, Americans are concerned with legal immigration; people who come here, through the legal process, to become Americans, to take advantage of the many opportunities America offers, are welcome.

The entire problem of illegal immigration costs the American taxpayers billions of dollars in benefits paid to those people, in enforcement activities, in lost jobs, and in depressed wages, but there is a human cost that sadly runs much, much higher - that human cost comes with human faces. Here are some of those faces:

Jocelyn Nungaray. This 12-year-old girl was assaulted, bound ankle and wrist, and strangled by two known Venezuelan gang members who were caught entering the country - and released into the United States. Her body was tossed into a creek. Johan Jose Martinez-Rangel and Franklin Jose Peña Ramos were arrested three days later, and face capital murder charges, but that won't bring Jocelyn back, nor will it assuage the pain of her grieving family. This happened because of border czar Kamala Harris' open border policies.

Laken Riley. This 22-year-old nursing student was out for a jog one morning when she was kidnapped, assaulted, hit in the head with a rock, and strangled to death. The man accused of killing her is Jose Antonio Ibarra, an illegal immigrant from Venezuela. He has been charged with 10 crimes: Malice murder, three counts of felony murder, kidnapping with bodily injury, aggravated assault with intent to rape, aggravated battery, obstructing a person making an emergency call, tampering with evidence, and being a peeping Tom. That won't bring Laken back, nor will it assuage the pain of her grieving family. This happened because of border czar Kamala Harris' open border policies.

Lizbeth Medina. This 16-year-old Texas cheerleader was stalked and stabbed to death by Rafael Govea Romero, who is in the United States illegally on an expired visa. Romero has been charged with capital murder. That won't bring Lizbeth back, nor will it assuage the pain of her grieving family.

All of these deaths happened because of border czar Kamala Harris' open border policies.

There are others. In the same month during which Laken Riley was murdered, Angel Matias Castellanos-Orellana, an illegal alien from Honduras, was arrested for raping an unnamed nine-year-old girl at knifepoint, and for a robbery, also committed at knifepoint. In February, in one of the most egregious displays of defiance by a criminal, one of seven illegal immigrants charged with a gang assault on New York City police officers was released, inexplicably, from custody - and flipped the bird to reporters and photographers on his way out.

As of last month, more than 13,000 immigrants who have been convicted of murder are now wandering freely around the United States. We don't know where a lot of them are. We don't know what they are doing. We don't know what their plans are. And we may very well not know until it's too late.

There's more to it than just crime. In fiscal year 2024 alone, over 400 illegal immigrants were found to be on the federal Terrorist Screening Data Set - and those are just the ones that were caught.

This simply can't be allowed to continue. And, with a little bit of luck and some decent voter turnout, it won't.

This is a brutally unpleasant topic to consider. These crimes are horrible, they are unconscionable, they are the acts of savages - and they should not have happened at all. Jocelyn Nungaray, Laken Riley, and Lizbeth Medina should be with their families today, looking forward to their futures. Instead, they are gone.

We vote for many reasons. We vote on many issues. But illegal immigration, and the very preventable crimes allowed by the Harris/Biden administration's open-border policies, must not be allowed to continue. Whatever other reasons you vote for, whatever other issues concern you, remember these stories when you cast your ballot.

Hulk Hogan Body Slams Dem Narrative at MSG Rally, While JD Vance Finishes Kamala With Just 6 Words

By Nick Arama | RedState.com

AP Photo/Julia Demaree Nikhinson

The Madison Square Garden rally was bringing the Trump power right into the heart of deep blue New York City. Even there, President Donald Trump, a son of the city, proved that the MAGA power would shine through.

The fun and joy were present, as a panoply of folks came out to support the GOP nominee; among them was a surprise -- Hulk Hogan -- a long-time supporter, who came in with his classic entrance and music.

Hulk Hogan even did the "Trump dance." Then, when he started speaking, he immediately took down the "Nazi rally" smear that Tim Walz and the Democrats have been spreading.

“I don't see no stinking Nazis in here. I don't see no stinking domestic terrorists in here. The only thing I see in here are a bunch of hard-working men and women that are real Americans, brother,” Hulk said. Hogan continued, calling when Trump speaks "for real," but noting that Kamala Harris speaks from a script like a bad, Hollywood actress.

How dare Donald Trump lower your taxes and secure the border, that's just like Hitler! Meanwhile, Kamala Harris lies her head off and is responsible for making everything worse for Americans. It's not a tough choice.

Vice presidential nominee JD Vance spoke next, and helped to finish Harris off with six words:

Vance spoke about how Harris had trouble even with softball interviews. He doubted if she could even hit a tee ball, based on what we've seen. He spoke about how when she was asked by "The View" what she would do differently from Joe Biden, she said, "Nothing comes to mind."

"She's running on how she's going to be different, but she couldn't name a single thing she would do differently than Joe Biden," he said.

"That could be the Kamala Harris, official campaign slogan," he finished.

Now that's a nuke, right on target. What a perfect description of Kamala, and it's sinking her big time as more and more people realize it.

Tucker's Speech Was a Nuclear Fire, As He Motivated Trump Rallygoers in MSG to Experience 'Liberation'

By Rusty Weiss | RedState.com

AP Photo/Evan Vucci)

Conservative media personality Tucker Carlson delivered a fiery speech at the Madison Square Garden rally for former President Donald Trump on Sunday.

Carlson, who first announced that he'd be making an appearance at MSG to RedState, delivered the usual highlight reel speech we've come to expect from the gold standard in media today.

His message was peppered with a barrage of cold, hard reality against the political establishment and reminders that the media and Democrats are the true enemy of free and fair elections.

Perhaps most importantly, he rallied voters to come out of the shadows. To voice their support for Trump. To no longer feel ashamed to vote for the only man who can save this country going forward.

Carlson pointed out that Trump's return to New York City, even as he's faced down multiple assassination attempts, is a microcosm of the bravery required from Americans to push his candidacy across the finish line on November 5th.

"The stones that takes, the bravery that takes, is incredible," he said. "Donald Trump’s going to win. He’s going to win. I know that that’s true. Why is Donald Trump going to win? The people he’s about to defeat have no idea. They’re panicked. They have no idea why people like Donald Trump."

CLICK HERE TO VIEW THE VIDEO.

Carlson absolutely lambasted the elitists supporting Vice President Kamala Harris. Elitists who have infiltrated the Democrat party and the left-wing media. Elitists in Hollywood and the entertainment world who support the supposed "resistance" party.

"Do you know what the big lie is? The big lie is that they’re impressive. That’s what the big lie is," he stated. "That the people in charge have somehow earned the right to rule over you, and they haven’t. And you know that."

"These are the single most useless people in the United States. They have no skills whatsoever. They’ve got three-quarters of the money, and they didn’t earn it," he continued.

"They set up a system precisely for the purpose of awarding themselves wealth and power when it’s undeserved."

CLICK HERE TO VIEW THE VIDEO.

But then, Tucker exhorted voters to do as Trump has done - stand up and fight back against these people and their "big lie." There should no longer be any of these "shy" Trump voters. Say it loud and proud!

Those elites he's speaking of? They're not afraid to voice their support for the candidate who will keep them rich and elite despite being "useless."

In what just might be the most important takeaway from the MSG rally - Carlson explained that you should be just as proud to stand beside Trump.

"Donald Trump has empowered the rest of us. Through mostly just sticking around in the face of their hate and abuse and persecution, he has given the rest of us the right to call BS on the charade," he explained.

Addressing the elite, Carlon said:

No, you are not better than us. No, you are not smarter than us. No, you do not deserve what you have. You probably stole it. No, you’re not going to bully me into silence anymore.

The former Fox News host went on to point out there is essentially no manner in which Harris can win the election without some form of ballot box shenanigans.

"It’s going to be pretty tough for them, 10 days from now, to look in the eye to America with a straight face. It’s going to be pretty hard to look at us and say, 'You know what? Kamala Harris, she got 85 million votes because she’s just so impressive,'" he surmised.

Carson said that more Americans coming out of the shadows, as the crowd at MSG did, will lead to an extraordinary feeling on Election Day.

"After nine years of listening to their lies and finding every single one of them totally false - no, it’s not safe and effective, and no, she’s not impressive," he said.

"It’s very hard for me to believe the rest of us are going to say, 'You know what, Joe Scarborough, you’re right. You’re right. She won fair and square because she’s just so impressive,'" Carlson envisioned.

"I don’t think so. And to me, that is liberation."

Carlson concluded: "It’s the freedom to say what’s obviously true as a free man and not a slave. I just want to say thank you, Donald Trump, for that.”

The entire speech is worth listening to. But be sure to check out the comments in the final few minutes.

There you have it. No more hiding support for Donald Trump. In public or at the family dinner table. No more avoiding events and rallies because you're afraid of how the media will portray you.

They are irrelevant. And you are not.

The Peculiar Thing About Doug Emhoff's Domestic Abuse Allegations

By Matt Vespa | Townhall.com

AP Photo/Rebecca Droke

We're a little late to this, but better late than never, especially when the liberal media has smothered this story with a pillow. Kamala Harris’ husband, Doug Emhoff, is a horrible person. If we’re going by the Me Too/believe all women rules, the man beats women, engages in affairs, and impregnates nannies. The funny part is that as soon as the liberal media tried to paint Dougie as a new era in masculinity, we learned that he’s a piece of trash. Two things about these allegations: One, there is more corroborating evidence for these domestic abuse allegations than any of the nonsense we had to put up with on the Kavanaugh hearings. Two, Doug didn’t deny the allegations. The language he used here earlier this month when asked isn’t a denial at all:

----

Telling word choice:

Second Gentleperson Doug Emhoff calls the allegations that he hit his ex-girlfriend in the face “a distraction.”

That’s not a denial. Doug is a lawyer. His decision to pivot when asked about DV was a deliberate decision.

CLICK HERE TO VIEW THE VIDEO.

---

The second part of this saga was Mr. Emhoff’s piggish behavior during his time at Venable LLP law firm. Kamala has made holding powerful men accountable a part of her 2024 message.

And now, the ex-girlfriend that Emhoff allegedly slapped around in 2012 is going on the record (via NY Post):

A former girlfriend of second gentleman Doug Emhoff said she was left “embarrassed and humiliated” when he slapped her following a gala dinner at the 2012 Cannes Film Festival in the South of France — adding that the husband of Vice President Kamala Harris has maintained a “completely fabricated persona” as a public figure.

The woman, a New York attorney identified only as “Jane,” told the Daily Mail in an interview published Thursday she was trying to hand a valet the equivalent of $100 to get her and Emhoff to the head of a taxi line when her beau struck.

[…]

Three friends of Jane came forward earlier this month with the initial allegations against Emhoff.

Two of them heard about the purported slap from her immediately after the incident, while the third was told about it six years later, in 2018.

[…]

Jane and Emhoff met on Match.com in 2012 while she was residing in New York and he in Los Angeles, according to the report. The pair went on their first date in March of that year, and Emhoff invited his eldest son Cole to join them.

“In retrospect, it should have been a red flag,” said Jane, who described their fling as “an intense few months.”

“He flew me to Los Angeles in April [2012]. I stayed in his home for a week. The entire time, he was alluding to marriage and having children with me,” she revealed. “He was totally love-bombing me. He grabbed me round the stomach and talked about wanting more babies.”

Both Jane and her current husband are registered Democrats who backed President Biden in both the 2020 primary as well as the general election and donated more than $10,000 to his campaign, per the report.

After Emhoff allegedly struck her during that booze-filled night in France, Jane remembers being utterly stunned.

“The only thing I could think to do was slap him back. I slapped him on one side, and on the other cheek with the other hand,” she recounted. “All of a sudden the car is there, the valet is ushering me in. I intended to go back to the hotel without him. So I was shutting the car door, but he forced his way into the car, which I did not want.”

“I’m embarrassed and humiliated that, this amazing experience turned into this violent spectacle,” she remembered thinking. “I can’t believe he just slapped me. I think I said to him in the car, ‘What the hell is wrong with you? Why did you do that?’ And the only thing I could get out of him was he thought I was hitting on the valet.'”

During the car ride, Jane made sure to reach out to a friend from New York to apprise him of what happened. That person was one of three sources to corroborate her account to the Daily Mail.

This story died for many reasons, not least because this is what happens when Democrats become victims of their self-righteousness. There are admittedly other stories happening as the 2024 race ends, but please—you’re only kidding yourself if you think the same thing would happen to a Republican. This would have been front-page news for weeks if Doug were a GOP voter.

Joe Rogan's Epic Interview of Donald Trump, Including What They Said About Kamala

By Nick Arama | RedState.com

AP Photo/Evan Vucci

Joe Rogan interviewed former President Donald Trump on Friday.

As we reported, Kamala Harris' people said that they couldn't do it because of "scheduling." Bad move, given they're having trouble with male voters. Harris instead did an interview with someone who doesn't have anywhere near the reach of Rogan. But "scheduling," they said.

Now, there was a report that she decided not to do it because Trump agreed to no limits and Kamala wouldn't.

But Rogan and Trump gave a fun preview.

CLICK HERE TO VIEW THE VIDEO.

It was three hours of just conversation — no way that Kamala could have done it, given her limitations. It was an easy, very relaxed, flowing exchange.

It covered a wide range of topics, starting with how much the media has changed and influenced things against Trump, how he used to be loved by people like the hosts on "The View" and Oprah Winfrey back before he ran for president. They spoke about this:

CLICK HERE TO VIEW THE VIDEO.

Then, "the Machine" came into effect, Rogan said.

Yet despite the attacks by the media and the effort even before he took office to get him, Americans appreciated him, Rogan said, because here was someone who didn't talk like a politician.

Trump spoke about how one mistake he made in his first administration was that some of the people he appointed were the wrong people and how he's learned from that. Harris has been asked that question and hasn't been able to answer it. He spoke about how John Bolton was a bad pick but that, in one way, he was helpful, implying he could get other countries who were concerned about Bolton to back down from bad actions — a clever use of him.

Rogan spoke about how he would still like to have Harris on the show. Trump said that she'd be a mess all over the floor, making Rogan laugh.

They spoke about how she'd taken some of his policies, Trump joked he was going to get her a MAGA hat, and how she's flip-flopped on so much.

They covered the MAGA-MAHA alliance, and Trump confirmed that Robert F. Kennedy Jr would be a part of his administration concentrating on health.

They went into how crazy the "liberals" have gotten about wanting to control things and suppress speech, that it was the Republicans who were the "rebels" now.

Rogan spoke about the media acting as a propaganda arm for the Democratic Party as they discussed how the media spreads hoaxes against Trump.

Rogan explained this was killing MSM's credibility.

They even addressed some of the dangers of alternative energy, including the questions of how windmills were adversely affecting whales, and Trump joked about how he wanted to be a whale psychiatrist. That has memes already all over the place.

How You Know This Major Newspaper Doesn't Feel Good About Kamala

By Matt Vespa | Townhall.com

AP Photo/Matt Rourke

The Los Angeles Times isn’t the only paper that isn’t endorsing the vice president. The Washington Post has also sprinted into the bunker until this election blows over. They, too, didn’t offer an endorsement, which caused much consternation among its staff. Its owner, Jeff Bezos, has been mum about who he supports in 2024, and he’s likely hedging his bets right now as the polling and momentum has returned in Donald Trump’s favor.

Still, clinching endorsements from the LA Times and the Washington Post should be easy layups for any national Democrat running for president. The fact that Kamala can’t only further highlight her poor qualities as a candidate (via NY Post):

Washington Post staffers are growing restless over the left-leaning paper’s silence on endorsing Vice President Kamala Harris for president — with many suspecting that owner Jeff Bezos is behind the delay, according to a report.

Some insiders speculate the billionaire Amazon founder, who has not spoken publicly about the 2024 election, does not want to alienate Republican challenger Donald Trump as he gains momentum to recapture the White House next month, the Status newsletter reported Tuesday.

The newspaper’s editorial board is believed to have written its backing for the Democrat but has not gotten the go-ahead to publish it from Bezos and editor-in-chief Will Lewis, wrote former CNN media observer Oliver Darcy, who launched Status after leaving the network in August.

The WaPo staffers are perplexed over the Beltway broadsheet remaining mum given that 20 million voters have already sent in their ballots and Election Day is less than two weeks away, he added.

The LA Times’ refusal to endorse has caused an internal headache, leading to the resignation of its editorial editor over the decision. Across the board, Kamala has failed to secure easy endorsements. The International Brotherhood of Teamsters and the International Association of Fire Fighters refused to endorse.

These aren’t signs of a campaign that’s running smoothly, but we must keep grinding it out. We’re almost at the finish line, folks.

Jeffrey Goldberg & The Atlantic Seek to Bring Down Trump - He May Just Be Sinking the Journalism Industry

By Brad Slager | RedState.com

Townhall Media

In what may be the most despicable piece of journalism in a year filled with unacceptable bad examples of the craft, The Atlantic delivered what it hoped to be a vicious October surprise to bring down the fortunes of Donald Trump. Instead, this becomes an almost instantly refuted piece of media guano, and it is affecting the broader swath of news outlets.

I try not to traffic in hyperbole, so to call this not just a repugnant example of yellow journalism but one that further impacts the already-foundering reputation of our media is not said lightly. This manages to infect numerous supposedly reputable news sites, and it goes on to broaden the reality that most major news outlets are toxically partisan these days. To explain, we will perform a bit of a forensic study into how bad this has become.

Our Neil McCabe laid out nicely the issues with the Goldberg hit attempt, and you should read it, filled with updates. Goldberg resorted to what is tried practice with him, as he mirrors his previous slovenly work in the last general election. That was when he delivered the entirely flawed story of Trump allegedly bashing dead service members while on a trip to France. That was a claim made back in 2018 that had already been refuted, but Goldberg reissued the accusation and eventually was proven false, as named individuals - including Trump opponents - came out to declare that it never happened.

Now we get that same tactic here, as unnamed sources made scathing accusations about what Trump allegedly said, disparaging a dead female military member and invoking racial epithets in reference to her and promises he broke to her family. The breadth of the accusations and the vacuous nature of the “proof” is so poor that any editor worth any value would have spiked this when filed.

But Goldberg is in a position above those gatekeepers of the truth; he sits as Editor-in-Chief of The Atlantic, as well as host of “Washington Week With The Atlantic” on Public Broadcasting. He is held in high regard by many in journalism despite his routine bouts of being a fabulist. Note how even after his previous election eve hit on Trump was thoroughly debunked, to this day, many in the press invoke the “suckers and losers” quote manufactured by Goldberg in that hit job.

There has been every reason to toss away this new smear from Goldberg. Start with the fact that he is recanting a tale that was supposed to have taken place in 2020. It is in no way believable that a story with this level of impact on the man so reviled would have remained quiet for four years. The quoted opponents never thought to come forward prior to now? The family that had been crudely rebuffed by the president had no words of scorn over the alleged slight?

Which brings us to the refutation phase that arrived so quickly. The soldier’s family has unequivocally disputed Golberg’s trash report. Mark Meadows was name-checked in the piece as having been present, and he denies the claims. Former Trump official Ben Williamson and the family’s lawyer have since come forward to declare forcefully that Goldberg outright lied about their interactions. These are verifiable individuals with first-person knowledge, and they are corroborating. Journalistically, you cannot do better for sourcing, yet Goldberg delivers nameless souls with veiled connections who will not stand behind their comments.

And our press industry has decided that despite the collection of individuals willing to go on record and dispute all of this content Joe Biden would label “malarkey,” they will broadcast these flawed accusations. CBS' Norah O’Donnell ran with the story. Jonathan Lemire of MSNBC and Politico was among the first to tout the piece. CNN has been repeatedly covering the article and holding panel discussions throughout the night and this morning. Numerous other outlets are following suit.

None of this anti-Trump desperation comes as a surprise, seeing that it derives from The Atlantic. As we covered here back in August, one of the closest allies to Kamala Harris going back to her days working in San Francisco is the widow of Apple founder Steve Jobs. For years Laurene Jobs has been close to Harris as she has funded a number of liberal causes and organizations. She is also the owner of The Atlantic. That her publication would be blindly colluding on behalf of Kamala’s campaign is of little shock.

But the remaining news organizations that have signed on to this coordinated hit job are going to experience more turmoil. There was every reason in the world to regard this report by Goldberg as radioactive and to steer clear of it. Instead, they are choosing to ignore those going on the record to refute it, supporting the corrupt practice of using nameless sourcing to deliver a poisonous libel piece and, in the process, completely abusing the emotions of a Gold Star family.

All of this is done in the name of undiluted partisanship and bias. This is the state of our contemporary journalism complex. Their reputations as journalists are something fungible to them, an afterthought item that is shadowed by their blind need to bring down one man. We thought things couldn't get any worse in the news business, but the outlets are effectively telling us, “Oh yeah, hold my Kiwi-Strawberry White Claw!” in their quest to prove us naive.

Trump Is Right. There Is an ‘Enemy Within’ the United States

By Derek Hunter | Townhall.com

AP Photo/Evan Vucci

One of my kids asked me the other day why this particular Democrat lied in her television commercial. It was Angela Alsobrooks, running for Senate from Maryland, who was lying about cheating on her taxes and getting a sweetheart deal to pay what she’d dodged, so my kid wasn’t wrong. I told my daughter that she had to lie because the truth did her no favors. That’s true not only for a tax cheat like Alsobrooks, it’s true for all of them, and it is really what’s at stake in two weeks.

Think about it: is there anything Democrats aren’t lying about? The answer is no. Is there anything Democrats could tell the truth about that would help them win an election? That answer is also no. Outside of small pockets in the northeast and California, there isn’t anywhere in the country where people will cheer for the genital mutilation of children, and most of those who do are parents who’ve passed the point of no return by supporting what amounts to the chemical castration of their children. Once you’ve gone there, no matter what comes to light afterwards, you have to convince yourself you did the right thing, otherwise, how could you live with yourself?

The rest of the support for that idea are people unaffected by it but in desperate need of a cause to give their lives meaning or people who see political advantage to being a scold who corrects how everyone else talks and uses pronouns. Miserable people, really.

Other lies this election season include the idea that Donald Trump threatened to use the US military against his political opponents. That one is so stupid that you really have to be Mika-level dumb to even try to sell it.

Trump was clearly talking about BLM/ANTIFA and the violence the political left happily embraces and encourages from their Brownshirts. They take to the streets at every perceived injustice Democrats can manufacture, burning large parts of majority black cities before receding to their suburban sanctuaries to await the next manufactured outrage.

They rioted on inauguration day in 2017, assaulting people and burning property. Arrests were made and charges were, after an acceptable amount of time had passed, dropped against everyone. Why? Because what good does going after your own people do? They were needed throughout the Trump administration to riot over false claims of police brutality and junkie overdoses. And they’re ready to do it again.

These fascists have gotten away with almost everything, as Democrats drop charges like Leo DiCaprio drops women when they turn 26. And, like Leo, violent leftists only learned they can continue to get away with it, as there is always another aspiring Victoria’s Secret model awaiting their moment in the tabloids and there is always another manufactured social injustice around the corner. The idea that those people might try to use violence to impact the election is so realistic that it should be considered probable, especially if it’s close.

Funnier still is the idea that “Trump would use the military against his enemies on election day,” since that’s what the question was about – election day violence. Donald Trump, win or lose, will not be President on election day. I realize reality has no impact on the pearl-clutching class on Morning Joe, but for everyone else that should be an important factoid.

While the goon squad mob on the left are undoubtedly an enemy within our country, so too is the left-wing industrial complex that props it up. The media – so-called journalists – people who coined and echoed the phrase “mostly peaceful” as people’s lives were destroyed, businesses were destroyed and dozens were murdered. Anyone who could look at that and turn an indifferent eye has something broken in them nothing will fix.

While the left is lying about what Trump said regarding what he said about the “enemy within,” there is a very dangerous enemy within this country. They are members of the radical left trying to do horrible, inhumane things to children under the banner of “tolerance” and those who enable and run cover for them. They are truly awful people who desperately need to be defeated in two weeks. Nothing else matters.

The Fall of Barack Hussein Obama

By Allen West | Townhall.com

I officially retired from the US Army on 1 August 2004 and vividly recall sitting and watching the 2004 Democratic National Committee convention. At that convention, a fella named Barack Hussein Obama gave the keynote speech. He had just become a State Senator in Illinois. Angela and I listened to a rousing, emotional, rhetorical speech using the southern pastoral iambic pentameter rhythm and said to each other...this is the guy the Democrats are going to run for President. We were correct in our assessment from 2004. We all witnessed a meteoric rise of someone whom we had no idea of who they were. As a matter of fact, Obama once quipped that he was a blank slate upon which people could draw upon. What does that mean?

During his presidential campaign, you were not allowed to question him, even when he admitted to the now deceased Joe the Plumber, his belief in "spreading the wealth around."

And so it was, in no time flat, this relatively unknown master of rhetoric went from State Senator to US Senator, where he mostly voted present and never sponsored any major legislation, to President of the United States of America. He was brought into office with high hopes of putting the past into the past and going towards a better future for America. Heck, Obama was given a great participation trophy called the Nobel Peace Prize for doing absolutely nothing. Was it awarded based on what they thought he would do?

Obama's first trip as President included a speech at the University of Cairo where he demanded members of the Muslim Brotherhood be seated front and center. There were many other indicators that this would not be the "hopey changey" that had been guaranteed. Yet, people still believed.

Obama's first midterm election in 2010 witnessed a massive loss in the U.S. House of Representatives, yours truly being a part of that shift. Obama then realized that the government had to be weaponized against his opposition, the TEA Party. We all learned about Lois Lerner and the IRS targeting. Obama won reelection in 2012 even after making the most offensive and condescending statement to American entrepreneurs, "If you own a business, you didn't build that." And when it comes to divisive speech and rhetoric, well, it was Obama who talked about "not bringing a knife to a gunfight," "punish your political enemies," and "Republicans can get to the back of the bus." Any and every statement, policy failure, and unconstitutional or corrupt incidents were dismissed. The response? “You're a racist.” Operation Fast and Furious? Racist. Creation and rise of ISIS? You're a racist. Economy flailing? Racist.

At the end of eight years, it was decided that we then needed a woman president, following the leftist identity politics. Oops, that plan did not work out for the progressive socialist left, namely Barack Hussein Obama. His legacy was interrupted, and he was not happy about it. When was the last time a former President stayed in Washington, DC? Heck, Harry Truman drove away. Obama stayed and made it his mission to run a shadow government and a political insurgency against the Trump administration—something he had done as President using the Patriot Act against the Trump campaign. Non-debatable.

In 2020, Obama got his vindication, his former Vice President, Joe Biden, won the presidency by not being visible. The left used COVID-19 as a means to an end. Remember Obama's former Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel's words, "Never let a good crisis go to waste." Let's not forget Obama's interview, where he joked about having someone as a frontman with an earpiece and him giving directions.

And so it was with the Biden-Harris administration—a continuation of Obama's policies. It was many of the Obama acolytes as members of the Biden-Harris administration. Do not be fooled; the Biden-Harris administration picked up the mantle of advancing what Barack Hussein Obama wanted—then the train came off the tracks. The American people got a full-bore taste of what leftist, Marxist policies are all about. And then the fella with the earpiece practically collapsed on the debate stage. Obama decided to pull Biden, but the ensuing choice was forced upon him, a very disliked and quite incompetent Vice President Kamala Harris.

However, the great master of rhetoric believed that empty, emotional, and nonsensical words could win the day again. Instead of hope and change and forward (a Marxist/Communist political term), this time, we got "Joy." Joy doesn't work at the grocery store line or the gas pump, and it certainly ain't working at the border.

Now, Barry Soetoro, one of his many names, is angry. It was recently displayed in his despicable and disparaging rant against Black men in Philadelphia. How dare you "Brothas" not listen to me and defy my will...be glad Michelle is not here. Huh? So, the crowned prince of progressive socialism is now relegated to anger, threats, and demanding obedience.

What is also on the ballot this November 5th? It is the fall of Barack Hussein Obama. He will be cast into irrelevance and disregard. There will be no rebounding in 2028 and his shadow government run from his residence in DC will not undermine a second Donald Trump presidency. The whole persuasion of identity politics will have lost its edge and advantage. Obama's rise and fall is much like that of Icarus, son of Daedalus. His wise father warned Icarus as they escaped imprisonment with crafted wings, to not fly too close to the sun. Icarus disobeyed; the wax that held his wings together melted, and he crashed into the sea and drowned.

Barack Hussein Obama mounted wings, not those of God as mentioned in Isaiah 40:31, but rather those of man. He rose and rose but flew too close to the sun, basking in his own self and not realizing that slowly his wax was melting. Obama is now in a freefall descent, with no control, and about to crash into the sea of divisiveness he created.

My Dad, just as Daedalus advised Icarus, taught me a very important lesson. "Boy, never read your own press and never drink your own tub water, lest you get full of yourself." Perhaps if Obama had a real American Dad like mine who, born in 1920, endured tough times, served his country in World War II, and set an example as a strong Black man role model, he would not be experiencing the fall.

Steadfast and Loyal.

Trump to Philly: Want Some Fries With That Big MAGA?

By Ed Morrissey | HotAir.com

Finally ... a presidential candidate actually works for a living.

For a day, at least.

"I'm looking for a job," Donald Trump joked with a McDonald's franchise owner in Bucks County, PA yesterday. And despite a complete lack of experience on his resumé, the owner took a chance on a 78-year-old applicant, who charmed drive-thru customers and the employees in a brief gig as a fast-food cook and cashier -- although he didn't accept any money from customers, paying for their orders himself.

And he seems to have done a good job in the fryer, which will blow Tim Walz' mind:

The former president stopped by one of the fast-food chain’s Pennsylvania franchises during his Sunday swing through the Keystone State, where he swapped his suit jacket for an apron to work as a fry attendant. He later handed customers food through the drive-thru window, telling them he had made it himself and that it was all on him.

Manning the fry machine is the same job Vice President Kamala Harris has said she held as a young woman, a biographical detail revealed during her first campaign for president. It has since become a centerpiece of the middle-class origin story she has made key to her pitch to voters as the Democratic Party’s presidential nominee.

Hardest hit ... Tim Walz. The Democrat nominee for VP scoffed two months ago while speaking to a public-employee union that Trump could possibly do a job that requires almost no training whatsoever. "Can you picture Donald Trump working at a McDonalds," Walz asked, "trying to make a McFlurry or anything?" Well, no need to 'picture' it any longer.

In what universe would this be a dunk, anyway? When Harris' claim to have worked at McDonald's as a student first came under scrutiny, I wondered why she'd bothered to bring it up at all. Fast-food employment is so ubiquitous for Americans as to make it utterly meaningless ... unless you're a politician trying desperately to avoid looking like an elitist. That's why Walz tried to use Harris' story to ridicule Trump as some sort of a multi-billionaire without any idea how to do a day's work.

Well, put a stake through that, and while we're at it, we can put a stake through the "Trump is exhausted" narrative that the Protection Racket Media has tried to amplify for Team Kamala the last few days. Only one of the two nominees actually did an honest day's work this weekend, and it's not Harris. In fact, Harris barely made an appearance at her own campaign rally in Detroit and sounded pretty tired herself.

Trump pulled a shift at McDonald's and looked like he had a blast. And he's not the only one who had fun. Take a look at the crowd that Trump drew at the Philly-area McDonald's to watch a Republican presidential candidate super-size his support.

Trump chose his spot very well to make a regular-guy connection. Bucks County is just east of Philadelphia, but it's been competitive the last two presidential cycle. Trump only barely lost in Bucks eight years ago by less than 3,000 votes to Hillary Clinton. Joe Biden beat Trump by 17,000 votes four years ago in Bucks, but Biden had more personal connection to Pennsylvania than either Trump or Clinton. Harris not only has no real personal connection to the state, and she snubbed Josh Shapiro for the running-mate position -- the popular sitting governor of a state she can't afford to lose.

This comes down to cultural connections and disconnections. One presidential candidate rolled up the sleeves and worked side-by-side with blue-collar workers, and picked up the tab for a lot of others. The other spent the last few days snubbing Catholics, ridiculing Christians, and barely checking in to her own event. Late-campaign exhaustion may well explain the outcome of this election, but if it does, it won't be Harris moving into the White House on January 20.

Addendum: Speaking of cultural connections, here's an interesting exchange at the window:
