TUCKER CARLSON: It's not election denial when the Democratic Party does it

Tucker Carlson rips Democrats' hypocrisy when it comes to 'election affirming care'

What's that sound you hear? Oh, it's the sound of America getting a little better. You can feel it happening. Last night we played you a clip from an unintentionally hilarious MSNBC town hall in which some pompous airhead reporter tries her best to explain to Trump voters why January 6 actually was an insurrection, an insurrection in which only the police had guns inside the Capitol, an insurrection which the police welcomed the insurrectionists inside the building to interact. Quite an insurrection!

Of course, the insurrection that went nowhere, where the leader was dressed in Viking horns, eating psilocybin mushrooms. So, we thought it was pretty funny what we didn't note though last night was the moment where that airhead reporter claims that a police officer was killed by the mob that day. Now, if you watch television, you've heard that line so many times that you may not even notice when people say it anymore. They've been saying it constantly for nearly two years.

"Police officers were killed, many of them." Why are they saying that? It's not true. It's provably a lie. It is in no sense accurate. No police officer was killed by the mob on January 6. Anyone who claims otherwise is always welcome on this show live to explain who exactly was killed. What's an officer's name and how was he killed?

We don't expect any takers on that offer. So, the question is, why do they keep telling us that? Well, there's a reason. There's always a reason. They're telling us that likely, so we won't ask too many questions the next time we read about yet another January 6 protester going to jail. We'll just think "Oh, another cop killer getting what he deserves." That's what they're hoping you will think, and they're hoping that because if you knew the truth, if you knew why they're really going to jail, you'd be very concerned.

And here is the truth: Joe Biden's Justice Department is imprisoning people for having the wrong thoughts, thoughts that we all imagine were constitutionally protected, as all thoughts are, but don't take our word for it. That's just a right-wing talking point on our cable channel. You can read the court filings in January 6 cases over the past year and a half and in virtually every instance, federal prosecutors argue in public that the political views of the defendants, not anything they actually did, not crimes they committed, but instead their personal beliefs, what they think, those beliefs are reason enough to put them behind bars.

According to Joe Biden's DOJ, for example, Army veteran Jessica Watkins needed to be detained indefinitely because she had, "extremist and violent views regarding how to address what she believed to be a fraudulent election."

Oh, she was an extremist? It's a term they never explain, but that apparently is now a crime. So, we decide what extremist means and then we put you in jail for being one. That's how that works. UCLA student Christian Secor, that was the guy who sat in Mike Pence's chair on January 6, is now in prison, and he should be in prison, explained the Biden administration's lawyers, because he had "extremist beliefs" and a "history of adhering to extremist ideology." Really? Again, you decide what extremist is and then put me in prison for being one.

In the case of Robert Morss, that was the guy who was busted in possession of a Lego set of the Capitol, the DOJ put it this way: "It is difficult to fathom a more serious danger to the community" than someone who tried to ."abort the certification of a lawful and fair election." It's the one kind of abortion they don't favor, the aborting of a fair and free election.

In every case, though, the defendant's real crime was not aborting an election. No. The real crime, and the DOJ says it right in the filings, is denying the outcome of the election. It was believing the wrong thing. It was not believing that a senile man who refused to leave his basement during the campaign somehow got more votes than any president in American history. If you refuse to believe that, you're now a felon. Question the system. and they haul you away. Those are the rules now as hundreds of imprisoned Republicans can personally testify if they could speak. The legal precedent has been established.

You cannot deny elections and yet, even in the face of the mounting evidence, this is now a very serious felony, there are some extremists who are not deterred. They're continuing to commit the crime of election denial and they're bold enough to do it on video. Here, ladies and gentlemen, is one of them.

HILLARY CLINTON: I know we're all focused on the 2022 midterm elections and they are incredibly important, but we also have to look ahead because you know what? Our opponents certainly are. Right-wing extremists already have a plan to literally steal the next presidential election, and they're not making a secret of it. The right-wing controlled Supreme Court may be poised to rule on giving state legislatures (Yes, you heard me that correctly.) state legislatures the power to overturn presidential elections.

Did you hear that? Right-wing extremists will literally, – literally – (Must teach that word at NPR) – literally steal the next election. That's pre-emptive election denial committed by Hillary Clinton herself, but here's the thing. Probably not likely that an FBI SWAT team is going to show up at Hillary Clinton's house when she's in the shower tomorrow morning and in fact, the next time a courthouse is attacked in Portland, Oregon, or a church is torched in downtown Washington, D.C., it's unlikely that a DOJ court filing will cite what Hillary Clinton just said as an extremist ideology that led to violence.

Why is that? Well, because in the considered opinion of the Democratic Party and the DOJ, it's not election denial when they do it. No, it's just "election affirming care." And there's been a lot of election affirming care going around these past few weeks. In Washington in the hometown newspaper owned by Jeff Bezos, the Washington Post, Max Boot just announced that, we're quoting, "If the current trends hold up, Republicans are likely to take over at least the House and quite possibly the Senate, too, along with many state offices. This is how democracies die, both at home and abroad."

In other words, if you vote for the wrong person, that's not democracy, which by the way, unlike dictatorship, does not always come to the conclusion that you favor. That's not democracy. That's the death of democracy. Democracy dies in both darkness and non-liberal election outcomes. Oh. OK.

New York Magazine isn't waiting around for the next election. Here's their latest dispatch: "There are already signs of 2020 election deniers refusing to accept their own possible defeat this year" and that's half true, of course, but New York Magazine isn't talking about Republicans: "Most observers are primarily worried that Trump's 2020 shenanigans may have served as a dress rehearsal for 2024."

Wait, what? So that means you have Democrats two years before the presidential election telling us that that election is going to be rigged, but that's not undermining confidence in elections? That's not an attack on our sacred norms? Not when it happens in New York Magazine or at PBS, which, by the way, you continue to fund with your tax dollars, the channel nobody watches.

The only people who watch PBS are the ones who are stuck in traction in the attendance, going out for a cigarette and taking the remote. But they're still broadcasting and here's what they're saying, "Nearly one in three Republican candidates for statewide office support false election claims."

Why aren't they in prison and what is the endgame of these dangerous extremists led by Donald Trump? Vanity Fair figured it out. They blew the plan wide open. "And then there's Donald Trump," Vanity Fair reported. "He hasn't been implicated in any murders (that we know of) nor has he currently trying to kill anyone (Again, that we know of). He is, however, said to be actively plotting to steal the midterm elections and the presidential one after that."

Did you hear that? Donald Trump is going to steal the midterm elections and then the presidential election. How is he going to do that? And isn't predicting he's going to do that, isn't that itself a crime? We can't say. We're not Merrick Garland, but we do know how he's going to do it, because Hillary Clinton has been giving that away for years. Donald Trump is going to do that as he always has done it, with help from Vladimir Putin himself. Watch.

CLINTON: We know the Russians hacked the DNC, hacked my campaign, etc.. Trump knows he's an illegitimate president who got illegitimate foreign powers.

HILLARY: I do think that he knows that he's an illegitimate president.

HILLARY: I believe he knows he's an illegitimate president.

HILLARY: You can run the best campaign. You can even become the nominee and you can have the election stolen from you.

Stolen from you by Putin? We better have a nuclear war with him. Oh, we're moving toward that. Too bad every Republican leader in Washington is for it. How dumb are these people?

If you take three steps back, you will note that nothing the January 6 defendants have ever said, even the guy with the Viking horns on acid, nothing they've said is half as crazy as what you just heard Hillary Clinton say. In federal courtrooms, January 6 defendants are being sentenced to prison because they're not exactly sure how it is that Joe Biden got 15 million more votes than Barack Obama did,. Barack Obama, the rock star who is president and yet his vice president was so stupid that even Barack Obama could barely stand to be in the same room as and got 15 million more votes than he did. How did that work?

How did Joe Biden get more votes than any president in American history? Is that not a fair question? No, it's not. It's a crime to ask and yet no one bats an eye when Hillary Clinton tells us that Putin is literally going to steal the election. How is it that only one side is allowed to deny the results of elections? OK, no one answers that.

Here's Joe Biden claiming that Democrats don't question election results.

PRESIDENT BIDEN: This is a nation that believes in the rule of law. We do not repudiate it. This is a nation that respects free and fair elections. We honor the will of the people. We do not deny it.

We do not deny it. Unless, of course, two weeks out from a pivotal midterm election, we get the sense based on polling that we're about to be spanked like the bad little girls we are, at which point we start making excuses and planting the seeds for more election denial, just as we did after Donald Trump won. That's exactly what's going on now.

Even as they try to destroy the careers and tear down the character of people who ask honest questions about the last election, that would include Ron Johnson, who is the senator from Wisconsin, the Republican, one of the very few Republicans in the entire U.S. Senate who has actually improved every year that he served there as the opposite of the normal progression for Republicans in the Senate, in case you haven't noticed.

Now, Ron Johnson is running against someone who's legitimately far out. His name is Mandela Barnes. On Twitter, Barnes once rang in the new year by praising—and few politicians do this—by praising Iran's ayatollah because he supports BLM and we're quoting, "The first tweet of 2015 from @khamenei_ir is #BlackLivesMatter. Let that sink in. May This be a most wonderful year for you and yours," Barnes wrote.

He's got the ayatollah vote. Barnes also wants to abolish ICE, defund the police and end cash bail. That would result in further chaos and the total destruction of American society. It might be worth following up on that. but no, the media in Wisconsin are still talking about Ron Johnson's election denial.

Here's his hometown newspaper, which no one reads in fairness, attacking him the other day for it: "Election deceiver, science fabulist, billionaire benefactor. After 12 years, it's time to turn limit Senator Ron Johnson."

Again, just to be clear, Democrats are sending people to prison for questioning the last election, trying to prevent people from getting elected in the midterm election for questioning the last election, while at the very same time telling you that the 2016 election was rigged, the midterm will likely be rigged and we know for a fact the 2024 election is not on the level.

How does this work exactly?

Party shifting under Biden a positive for GOP

By William Haupt III | The Center Square contributor

"I did not leave the Democratic Party. The Democratic Party left me." – Ronald Reagan

Growing up during the Great Depression, Reagan idolized Franklin D. Roosevelt. The New Deal helped many families in financial need. As a result of his admiration for FDR, Reagan registered as a Democrat and cast his first vote for Roosevelt for president. A lifelong Democrat, it was not until he became president of California's Screen Actors Guild that his political leanings completely changed.

When Ronald Reagan went to bat for labor against studio executives, Democrats controlled the movie industry. In a tough battle, Reagan won the creation of the residual payment system and the actor's pension and health plan that lives on today. Unfortunately, Reagan's victory would become his Waterloo as an actor and he soon found himself out of work and ended up getting a job in TV.

In 1962, at age 51, he left the Democratic Party and became a Republican. He said that he didn't leave the Democratic Party, the party left him. After a brief stint in television, Ronald Reagan was elected twice as governor of California. He then won the presidency of the United States and served from 1981 to 1989.

"I have always told people, how can a president not be an actor?" – Ronald Reagan

With the evolution of political parties in America until they found their true identify, party switching was quite common. But since the 20th century, although some voters will vote for a candidate from another party, the majority of Republican and Democratic voters have retained their party affiliation.

Partisan affiliation has been one of the most stable features of the modern American electorate for decades. While people's feelings toward individual politicians or their attitudes will waver at times, political partisanship is a deep-seated identity that is resistant to change.

"I am a Republican, a Black, dyed in the wool Republican, the party of Black freedom and progress." – Frederick Douglass

However, within the last five years, a political shift is beginning to take hold across the U.S. as tens of thousands of suburban swing voters who helped fuel the Democratic Party’s gains last election are becoming Republicans. While the numbers in the two major parties remain roughly the same, 13% of the partisans that have changed party affiliation have gone from Democrat to Republican.

According to voter registration data analyzed by the Associated Press, more than a million voters across 43 states have switched to the Republican Party over the last year. Democrats have seen their largest losses among older voters; non-college whites, those that do not like big government and disapprove of their far left turn on race, CRT, social justice, global warming, and transgender issues.

Voter registration data shows these numbers reflect a phenomenon that is playing out in virtually every region of the country since Joe Biden and Democrats took control of Washington. This is in both Democratic and Republican states, in big cities and small towns in all regions of our nation.

Nowhere is this more dangerous for Democrats than in the suburbs, where well-educated swing voters who had turned against Donald Trump's appeal to blue collar workers appear to be swinging back. Over the past year, across suburban counties from Denver to Atlanta, Pittsburgh and Cleveland, far more people are switching to the GOP. Republicans also gained ground in medium-size cities such as Raleigh, North Carolina; Harrisburg, Pennsylvania; Augusta, Georgia; and Des Moines, Iowa.

One Colorado voter who reregistered as a Republican told an AP reporter, "I could no longer put up with the party’s inability to quell violent crime or its obsession with racial justice. Too many of their policies now appeal to small segments of society; not to the average working middle class."

According to L2, a political data firm that uses a combination of state voter records and statistical modeling to determine party affiliation, over one million voters who switched affiliations across 42 states in the last 12 months formally changed their registration from Democrat to Republican.

The loss of a million voters by Democrats does not mean success for Republicans in the midterms. Especially since there are so many lackluster GOP candidates running for key offices. But it is an opportunity for Republicans to choose more prepossessing candidates as they gear up for 2024.

"Campaigning is talking to the people, telling them what you will do; then doing it." – Marco Rubio

The Republican National Committee has been hosting voter registration events at gas stations in swing states like Arizona, Michigan, Nevada and Pennsylvania to link Biden and the Democrats to record-high gas prices and inflation. RNC Chair Ronna McDaniel told the AP, “The Democrats and Biden are totally out of touch with the American people. That’s why voters are turning to the GOP."

The scope and breadth of the party-switching suggests the Democrats move to the progressive left does not appeal to middle class America. Over the past year, nearly every state moved in the same direction as thousands of voters became Republicans, especially in rural and suburban America.

In Iowa, Democrats used to hold a 2-to-1 margin in party changers. That flipped last year, with the GOP ahead by the same amount. The same happened in Ohio. In Florida, Republicans captured 70% of party switchers last year. In Pennsylvania, Republicans captured 63% of party changers.

Justin Bieber wrote, "The grass is only greener on the other side if you water it." Even with Biden's weak popularity and with most voters fearing America is walking the wrong path, Republicans will not benefit unless they offer real solutions to the problems created by Biden and the progressives. These Republicans are middle-class voters, not corporate elites. It would not only be good for the GOP if they develop polices that work for all America, it might influence Democrats to do the same.

Emily Seidel, head of Americans for Prosperity, said her network is seeing first-hand that suburban voters are distancing themselves from Democrats who represent extreme policy positions. But that doesn’t mean that they’re ready to vote against those lawmakers either. Candidates have to make their case, they have to give these voters something to be for, not just something to be against.

According to the AP, there was not a single “got ya" issue that convinced most of these Democrats to switch parties. Like Ronald Reagan said, they felt that the "Democratic party left them" when it became the party of progressives, socialism, special interests and the party of radical social justice.

Can the GOP lead by example and right the ship for all America? Time will tell.

"If a political party does not have its foundation in the determination to advance a cause that is right and that is moral, then it is not a political party; it is merely a conspiracy to seize power." – Dwight D. Eisenhower

Did Mystery Third Person Open Door for Police at Pelosi House? If So, Who Was It?

By Jim Hoft | Gateway Pundit

The San Francisco Police Department released some information regarding Paul Pelosi’s arrest but some very important information has been left out to date.

The San Francisco Police held their first press conference on the events earlier in the day yesterday and they didn’t mention how the police got into the house, but somehow they did.

During the second interview the police mentioned the following as we reported this morning:

** According to Chief Scott, the police officers arrived at the front door of the Pelosi home. The door was opened “by someone inside.”

Politico made the statement that the police were let inside by an unknown person.  This is all over the Internet.

Now people are wondering if there was a third person involved in the incident.

There likely is information that shows what happened.  The house and the police likely had cams on the situation.  What is the truth?  Is there a third person?

What the hell is really going on?  Was there another person there?  Was there more than one other person that was there?  Was it an employee of Paul Pelosi or another friend?  If so, why didn’t this worker call the police – the police said that Pelosi called the police.

So many questions – so few answers.

This Is Interesting: San Francisco Police Dispatcher Describes “David” as “a Friend” in Pelosi House Call

By Jim Hoft | Gateway Pundit

As reported earlier, Nancy Pelosi’s husband Paul was injured in a home attack early on Friday morning.

Paul Pelosi’s attacker is 42-year-old Berkeley resident David Depape.

San Francisco police chief William Scott said Depape was booked on charges of attempted homicide, assault with a deadly weapon, elder abuse, burglary and “several additional felonies.”

Paul Pelosi, husband of Nancy Pelosi was violently attacked with a hammer in his San Francisco home.

Both men were hospitalized.

According to NBC News, Paul Pelosi was taken to Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital where he underwent brain surgery.

The attack reportedly took place after 2:25 AM.

And David Depape was in his underwear when the police arrived.

Breitbart is reporting that the police officer described “David” as a “friend” in his dispatch call.

Police dispatch: “Stated there’s a male in the home and that he’s going to wait for his wife. RP stated that he doesn’t know who the male is but he advised that his name is David and that he is a friend.”

Fox 10 Phoenix claims graphic showing Hobbs beating Lake (!) was just a mistake and HELLO backfire

 By Sam Janney | Twitchy.com

Charlie Kirk is right … HOLY CRAP.

In a time when so many people already don’t trust our elections, this was really really really poor form for Fox 10 in Phoenix. An image showing Katie Honbs beating Kari Lake showed up in the lower left-hand corner of the screen almost as if the fix is already in.

There was even a little red checkmark to show Hobbs won.

Oh yeah, did we mention this is where Kari used to work?

So bad.

Not suspicious at all … nope.

You’d think a test graphic would show no numbers if it were truly a test graphic, yes?

The ‘mistake’ has Kari Lake losing. Why do these so-called mistakes ever only go one way?

Pretty gross and unacceptable.

Out-vote the cheating.

That’s what we did in Virginia …

What you are about to watch is a nightmare. It is not meant to be prophetic, it need not happen, it's the fervent and urgent prayer of all men of good will that it never shall happen. But in this place, in this moment, it does happen. This is the Twilight Zone. -  Rod Serling

Given our declining economy that's in recession and hurting average Americans, a massive red wave is predicted for the 2022 mid-term elections, a nightmare for Democrats and they are in panic mode.

Angry voters are poised to kick out of power the tyrannical Democrats who are bent on transforming America into their version of a socialist utopia, which, in reality, will be a socialist  nightmare.

"Picture if you will" the depths desperate Democrats will sink, including election fraud, to thwart the will of the people and hold on to power.

Connecting some dots will provide a window into the election fraud Twilight Zone concocted by socialist Democrats who are colluding with corrupt media cohorts.

Here are the dots:

First dot: Democrat-friendly pollsters have begun publishing incredulous polls that show Democrats with a generic election preference edge, contrary to earlier polling.

Notably, in his July 1, 2022 article "Poll: GOP Holds Same Generic Ballot Lead as Week Before Roe Overturned," Nick Gilbertson wrote: "A Rasmussen Reports poll reveals that a generic Republican candidate holds the same 5-point lead over a generic Democrat candidate as the week before the U.S. Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade."

Then, curiously, on July 22, 2002 a somewhat more rosy election picture was painted by Mark Murray in his article "Generic ballot position has improved for Democrats — but be careful reading the numbers."

Murray wrote:

"Historically, the generic ballot has overstated Democratic performance.

"The generic ballot numbers have been climbing for Democrats in polling over the past month.

"Despite President Joe Biden’s approval rating in the 30s, a recent Quinnipiac poll found 45% of registered voters wanting Democrats to control the U.S. House of Representatives, versus 44% who want Republicans in charge — a shift from when Republicans held a 5-point advantage on this question in June, 46%-41%.

Additionally, the online Politico/Morning Consult poll has Democrats leading by 4 points, 45%-41% — after it was tied in June."

Nine days later, on July 31, 2022, a more realistic generic preference was presented by Bonchie in an article "CBS News Poll Provides Red Flag After Red Flag for Democrats."

The article by Bonchie includes this sentence: "Is the Democrat Party on the rebound heading into November’s mid-term elections? If the latest CBS News poll is any indication, the answer is a resounding 'no.'"

That same day, July 31, 2022, another article was published "Strategists: Fake Missouri Poll Underestimates Trump Support in 2024 Primary."

In that article, Matthew Boyle wrote: "Several Republican strategists told Breitbart News on Sunday that a Missouri poll commissioned by campaign operatives associated with Attorney General Eric Schmitt’s U.S. Senate campaign deliberately undercounts former President Donald Trump’s support in an effort to boost Schmitt in the final days of the race."

Second Dot: Secure in the knowledge that U.S. news organizations are entrusted with reporting vote counts and declaring winners, Democrats orchestrated a test run of their election fraud scheme, using an obscure Kalamazoo-based television station in West Michigan.

Details about this insidious test run are included in the article "West Michigan television station says it accidentally posted mock election results."

The article states: "In advance of Michigan’s Tuesday, Aug. 2 primary election, News Channel 3 was conducting a test of its election systems last week. In doing so, the station inadvertently published mock results on WWMT.com. The numbers used were randomly generated and did not reflect actual results."

Here are the images of the fake elections results News Channel 3 posted:

The  Michigan Department of State expressed no alarm about the fake results being published ahead of the actual election, which must have pleased the Democrats. When concerned citizens expressed outrage, various media outlets defended the Michigan station. For example, the AP published an article "Release of test election results fuels unfounded fraud claims."

Our sources of news control what we read and see and they have been influencing, manipulating, and controlling us with ease. Now, they have become political operatives and are colluding brazenly with the Democrats to manipulate elections results to favor the Democrats, betraying our trust.

The extent of the unchecked power of the media can be discerned from the article "How Media Organizations Report Election Results in Real Time."

That article exposes how news organizations declare winners based on estimated numbers of votes with no check on their numbers by responsible government election officials, even if those numbers are "mistakes."

Free and fair elections are the cornerstone of every democratic society and a key feature is that each citizen’s vote counts equal.

Joseph Stalin said “[i]t’s not the people who vote that count; it’s the people who count the votes.”

It is imperative that we remove the power to call elections away from the media and put it back where it rightfully belongs--with our state election officials.
