This
weekend the Wall Street
Journal
did a deep dive on the FBI’s corruption investigation of the Clinton
Foundation, which had expanded to four field offices and was facing pressure
from senior Justice Department officials who were “very pissed off” the probe
was still ongoing.
Tonight,
CNN is reporting that
FBI agents on the Clinton Foundation corruption case are complaining about the
Obama Justice Department putting up “roadblocks” that “are politically-driven”
and preventing them using additional tools to expand their investigation.

Meanwhile, Fox News is reporting that agents working on the case and treating it as a “very high priority,” have “interviewed and re-interviewed” witnesses, and that agents “had collected a great deal of evidence.” Additionally, the laptops belonging to Clinton lawyers Cheryl Mills and Heather Samuelson have NOT been destroyed under their immunity deals and presently reside in the FBI’s Washington, DC field office where they are being “exploited.”
