Explosive testimony at a Senate hearing on the 2020 election Wednesday will make you wonder if Joe
Biden really did win the state of Nevada by some 33,600 votes. An attorney for Donald Trump repeated a
disputed claim Wednesday that there were four times more fraudulent votes than Biden’s
margin of victory.
Nevada certified its vote for Joe Biden on November
23rd and the Electoral College has elected Joe Biden the winner of the
election, but the count has been in dispute since Election Day and beyond.
In testimony before the U.S. Senate Homeland Security Committee, Trump
attorney Jesse Binnall claimed that his statisticians, using
open source information and databases, determined that 130,000 votes cast in
the November 3rd election were fraudulent—nearly four times Biden’s win margin.
A judge threw out his lawsuit on behalf of President
Trump alleging the fraud, as The Nevada Independent reported.
[The judge] summarily dismissed its claims of voter fraud and
request for an overturn of election results in a ruling on Friday, writing that
the campaign’s evidence provided “little to no value” based on questionable or
“unsound” methodology, adding that the evidence failed to show any “credible or
reliable evidence that the 2020 General Election in Nevada was affected by
fraud.”
The Trump campaign nonetheless appealed the decision to the state Supreme Court on
Monday, saying in filings that the court failed to take into account “expert”
testimony provided by the campaign and applied a higher evidentiary standard
than required to prove sufficient voter fraud had occurred.
However, ABC News reported that Senator Rand Paul said that the
judges “didn’t rule on whether there was fraud, as many cases were
dismissed on procedural grounds before they were argued on the merits.”
“The courts have not said there isn’t fraud,” Paul said.
“The courts simply didn’t rule on or hear from the fraud.”
Lawyers argued that oversight of the election continues
to be necessary. Jim Troupis, who filed a suit for the Trump campaign in
Wisconsin, followed Paul’s logic.
“If you don’t do this inquiry, there really isn’t going
to be any analysis and there isn’t going to be an opportunity to get to the
very integrity we all want,” Troupis said. “No one suggested at any point in
the process that the allegations in Wisconsin are anything but serious and
substantive,” Troupis said.
Binnall testified that Nevada’s election chaos began in
August when lawmakers passed AB 4, the universal vote-by-mail measure that increased
mail-in voting tenfold.
On August 3, 2020, after a rushed special session, Nevada
legislators made drastic changes to the state’s election law by adopting a bill
known as AB 4. The vulnerabilities of this statute were obvious: it provided
for universal mail voting without sufficient safeguards to authenticate voters
or ensure the fundamental requirement that only one ballot was sent to each
legally qualified voter. This was aggravated by election officials’ failure to
clean known deficiencies in their voter rolls. Because of AB 4, the number of
mail ballots rocketed from about 70,000 in 2016 to over 690,000 this year.
The election was inevitably riddled with fraud and our
hotline never stopped ringing. While the media and the Democrats accused us of
making it all up, our team began chasing down every lead. Our evidence came
both from data scientists and brave whistleblowers.
We know how easily the mail-in balloting system is gamed.
It’s a ripe target for voter fraud as a study by former President
Jimmy Carter and James Baker concluded in 2005.
“Citizens who vote at home, at nursing homes, at the
workplace, or in church are more susceptible to pressure, overt and subtle, or
to intimidation. Vote buying schemes are far more difficult to detect when
citizens vote by mail.”
The Carter Center claimed in 2020 that some things could
be done to help secure the mail-in vote, but said that even in
COVID times people should have the option to vote in person and that states
should use stringent security measures. Mass mailing of ballots, which Nevada did with
no ballot request, was not on the list of security measures.
Binnall said that their data study, along with “brave
whistleblower” testimony, revealed that there were at least 130,000
unique fraudulent votes. Here’s the breakdown of the ones they could verify and
have been provided to the public.

people voted more than once
- 1,500
dead voters cast ballots
- 19,000
non-Nevada residents voted (number doesn’t include students and military)
- 8,000
people voted using non-existent addresses
- 15,000
votes were cast from commercial addresses or vacant houses
- 4,000
ineligible foreign nationals voted
Binnall said 130,000 is probably a low number.
[T]he actual number is almost certainly higher. Our data
scientists made these calculations not by estimations or statistical sampling,
but by analyzing and comparing the list of actual voters with other lists, most
of which are publicly available. To put it simply, they explained their methods
so that others could check their work.
The Trump attorney said that so far no one else has even
tried to double-check their findings.
After the election, Binnall announced that Trump had won.
“Donald Trump won … after you account for the fraud and
irregularities that occurred,” campaign attorney Jesse Binnall told reporters
as he announced a new lawsuit asking a state judge to declare Trump the winner
or to invalidate the presidential vote results.
Also testifying at the hearing Wednesday was the former
head of Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security who was fired by President
Trump. He said it was time to put fears of voter fraud aside. Politico reported that Chris Krebs was the only
witness called by the Democrats and he used the occasion to toss water on the
idea of voter insecurity and fraud.
“Some people just don’t want to hear how these systems
actually work and what’s actually capable across these systems,” Krebs said,
emphasizing that paper receipts that accompany election systems in nearly every
state in the country help minimize the prospect of fraud.
Krebs also described a worsening climate of threats
against elections workers, fueled by the false fraud claims, that he worried
would have a “chilling effect” in future cycles.
Binnall maintains his assertion of enough voter fraud to
cost Trump the Nevada election. “Our evidence has never been refuted, only
ignored,” he said.
This week’s testimony on Capitol Hill may give Binnall’s
study the attention and scrutiny he believes it deserves.

President Trump and Republicans nationwide have taken
legal action in several states amid accusations of widespread
voter fraud, which the president and many of his supporters believe changed the
outcome of the race.
Republicans have provided examples of irregularities in
key swing states, including Michigan, Arizona, Pennsylvania, and Nevada, and 17 states filed a suit challenging the
election results, which the Supreme Court declined to take up.
In Wednesday's hearing, attorney Jesse Binnall testified
that Nevada's election was "inevitably riddled with fraud," pointing
out tens of thousands of votes he said should not have been counted.

Mo Brooks vows ‘I will not surrender’ election fraud fight

The leader of a House bid to challenge the Electoral College election of Joe Biden said that he is “cautiously optimistic” of winning the needed support in the Senate to fight on despite Majority Leader Mitch McConnell’s urging to have President Trump step aside.
Alabama Rep. Mo Brooks said he expects the support of at
least one senator when he moves next month to challenge the electoral votes of
several states in which the Trump campaign has claimed election fraud. Without
a Senate ally, the effort fails.
“I'm cautiously optimistic that there will be one or more
United States senators who will fight to reject voter fraud and election
theft,” he said in an interview.
Sens. Rand Paul and Kelly Loeffler are rumored to be
considering a vote to reject some state electoral tallies. In a Senate hearing
today, Paul said "fraud happened."

Several polls show broad GOP voter support for Trump's fight.
“Ultimately, whether a senator acts on behalf of our
country will be determined by whether that senator’s employers, the American
people, have made it known to the senators that this is a litmus test issue.
Either you fight for America, or voters never vote for them again and fight
against them,” said Brooks.
While the process is a bit unclear, in the end, the House votes
either to accept the Electoral College election of a president or the House
votes. The Senate does the same for vice president.
The pressure from political leaders to move on is stiff,
but Republican Brooks is not backing down.
“I have a choice. I can either fight for my country and
an honest and accurate election system that underpins our republic or I can
surrender. I will not surrender on an issue of this magnitude. Voter fraud and
election theft must be stopped. And on Jan. 6, Congress faces a choice. We can
either vote to reject voter fraud and election theft or by our silence, or
vote, ratify voter fraud and election theft. I choose to fight,” Brooks told
Secrets.
Brooks said there were historic levels of fraud in
several states, and he believes that if those votes are tossed, Trump would be
the winner. But Washington appears ready to move on, accept the Electoral
College vote and Trump court defeats, and welcome the Jan. 20 inauguration of
Biden.
Brooks said that he has not appealed to other Republican
members to join his cause, but they are. And he said that in the face of
criticism, giving in is not an option.
“My path is simple. I can either fight or surrender. When
you surrender, you're guaranteed to lose. As long as you fight, you have a
chance of prevailing,” he said.

Trump's lead
attorney investigating voter fraud in Wisconsin, James Troupis, testified that
the frustration his team faced was that the courts not only refused to hear the
evidence but were following the Biden campaign directive that election fraud,
as a subject, was not be discussed.
Nevertheless, the former judge stated that his team found
200 thousand invalid votes that were inappropriately counted. Currently, Biden
leads Trump by 20 thousand votes in Wisconsin.
Trump lawyer for Nevada's election-fraud investigation,
Jesse Binnall, testified that through a detailed examination of voting records
his team found 42 thousand people who voted more than once, 19 thousand people
who voted who did not live in Nevada, 8 thousand people who voted not having an
existing address and 4 thousand non-citizens that voted. The lead counsel
stated that the investigation team uncovered over 130 thousand instances of
clear voter fraud. Currently, Biden leads Trump by 12 thousand votes in Nevada.
Democrat ranking member senator Gary Peters told the
committee that hearing the witnesses' testimony was a "Destructive
exercise that has no place in the U.S. Senate." Along with stating that he
has seen no evidence of voter fraud, he said that the entire matter was a
source of Russian disinformation.
Listening to the comments of Senator Peters as well as
other Democrat committee members, one inescapable fact must be seared into the
minds of all Americans. And that is that Democrats and leftists are incapable
of seeing the evidence of voter fraud pertaining to the 2020 Presidential
election. That statement is worth repeating. So again, Democrats and leftists
are incapable of seeing the evidence of voter fraud pertaining to the 2020
Presidential election.
Does that mean the evidence isn't clear enough? NO. Does
that mean there isn't enough evidence to overturn the election? NO!
The above statement proposes that because of the deep
hatred for Trump and his "America first" policies, Democrats and
leftists have become psychologically blinded to all presented evidence. In
their minds, it can not and will not exist.
It explains why after hundreds of presented affidavits,
sworn public testimony by average American citizens, and telling video footage,
Democrats continually repeat that no evidence exists.
It is the equivalent of standing beside the destroyed USS
Arizona and saying that no evidence exists that the Japanese attacked Pearl
Harbor or watching the thick black smoke from ground zero and concluding that
there is no proof that America was attacked on 9/11.
How can the truth ever be known to people like this? It
can't. And that's the point. The Democrat party is overflowing with people with
the same inability to examine the truth as Senator Peters.
Like it or not, this is today's reality, and in such an
actuality, there is no way to have the evidence presented in any liberal court.
The propaganda "media" will not allow the evidence to be shown to the
American people. Big tech will use every means necessary to censor all
discussions regarding proof of the stolen election.
The left has already determined that the truth regarding
the election no longer matters. Democrat Politicians who in the past, at least
cared about the optics, if not about the facts, don't even care about that
anymore.
Democrats and their propaganda networks have taken the
position that whatever it took to get President Trump out of office was
justified. Pelosi and Schumer might just as well face their propaganda friendly
cameras and tell the American people that the election was stolen for the good
of the country. If such a statement was made, would Biden concede the election
to Trump? The answer is obvious - Hell no.
So, what can be done? Conservative Republicans and many
independents are playing an unwinnable game with one-sided rules drastically
favoring Democrats. The time has come to stop playing a losing game. Stop
trying to convince the inconvincible or persuade the unpersuadable.
Freedom-loving Americans must disengage from participating in social media
platforms that believe in censorings, such as Twitter and Youtube.
The focus should be on peacefully obstructing any further
progress toward a transference of power. President Trump should not concede the
election because it was stolen and is not, and can never be valid.
The American people who voted for Trump should disagree
with a fraudulent election and should not acknowledge a phony product born from
that theft. Those who fear that by fighting back, the country will become
divided are missing the point that the country is already divided. Those who
fear that the Republic will not survive millions of Americans disregarding the
Democrats version of the 2020 election fail to understand that the Republic
will not survive the forced acceptance of a stolen election.
The way back to sanity is by Conservative Republicans and
independents uniting and embracing the truth. Like a schoolyard bully,
Democrats and their propaganda wing are trying to force Americans not to give
up their lunch money but to give up their vote. That's too high a price, and it
is a demand that must be immediately confronted and pushed back on.
