Florida Education Commissioner Manny Diaz, Jr. has appointed
Frances Rice to the Commissioner's Task Force on African American History.
The Commissioner's Task Force on African American History was created to serve as an advisory body to the Commissioner of Education and to provide support for African American History educational activities throughout the state.
