Donald Trump: Hillary Clinton and Democrats Have “Failed and Betrayed” African-Americans
Donald Trump let out
a secret Tuesday that Hillary Clinton doesn’t want African-Americans to know: She

African-American citizens,” he said. “It is their jobs, their homes, their
