 Cathy Hughes is an entrepreneur, radio and television personality and business executive who founded the media company Radio One. When the company went public in 1999, she became the first African-American woman to head a publicly traded corporation.

Shonda Rhimes is a writer and producer who is the the titan behind Grey's Anatomy, Scandal and How to Get Away With Murder. She is responsible for some 70 hours of television per season and has become one of Hollywood’s most powerful icons.
