Ex-Hunter business partner Tony Bobulinski takes on the Biden machine

By Miranda Devine | New York Post

A few hours after Tony Bobulinski appeared on Tucker Carlson’s show to deliver a damning firsthand account of the FBI’s interference in the 2020 election on behalf of Joe Biden, the president himself offered a glimpse of the Tammany Hall hubris he has relied on for protection for so long.

Caught on a hot mic in Fort Myers, Fla., was the following sotto voce exchange between Biden and the “nonpartisan” mayor of that conservative city, Ray Murphy. The whole thing was recorded by TV cameras standing by for the president’s press conference with Gov. Ron DeSantis on hurricane recovery efforts.

“Thanks for everything. Thanks for coming down. We appreciate it,” says Murphy, shaking the president’s hand and squeezing his shoulder. “Keep the faith,” Biden says, under his breath.

“I keep the faith,” says the mayor, before the conversation takes a turn for the weird.

“And by the way,” says Biden, drawing Murphy in closer.

“You were raised the same way I was.”

Murphy takes off his sunglasses and studies Biden’s face: “I was. I was.”

“No one f–ks with a Biden,” says the president.

Murphy laughs and tosses his head: “Yeah, you’re goddamn right.”

Biden pumps Murphy’s hand: “You can’t argue with your brothers outside the house.”

“That’s exactly right. That’s exactly right,” says Murphy, breaking his hand free.

Whatever else was on the president’s agenda Wednesday, with both his son Hunter and brother Jim Biden under federal investigation, and Republicans poised to take back the House next month amid an avalanche of whistleblower disclosures, the noose tightening around his family’s influence peddling scheme clearly is “top of mind.”

“No one f–ks with a Biden” can be read both as a message to embolden the loyal and a threat to potential traitors. It’s a fair bet it wasn’t the first time the president had spoken those words in the past 24 hours.

The stakes are high, and he knows it.

When Bobulinski, the former business partner of the president’s son Hunter and brother Jim Biden, was asked by Carlson on Tuesday night about the fact that he has “the most powerful agencies in the world, the FBI and the CIA, working against you,” he answered: “Yes. And you just made my heart skip.”

You don’t get a more credible witness than Bobulinksi, a decorated former US Navy officer with top secret security clearances from the National Security Agency and the Department of Energy. The pressure on him over the past two years has been enormous, and the nation owes him a debt of gratitude for staying the course. A successful businessman with a young family, he has nothing to gain and everything to lose by pitting himself against the world’s most powerful family.

But as he told Carlson. “I bleed red, white and blue [and] the American people deserve the facts.”

As we piece together those facts almost exactly two years after The Post published the first bombshells from Hunter Biden’s abandoned laptop, it appears that the coverup will turn out to be worse than the original corruption. It involves the FBI, as catalogued by more than a dozen whistleblowers, and potential collusion with Big Tech, the Biden campaign and former intelligence officials.

There are three strands to the Biden story:

  • 1) The decades-old Delaware family business selling Joe’s influence to the highest bidder which was internationalized when he became vice president. The concern is that millions of dollars which flowed to the Biden family from China, Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Romania, and elsewhere, may have compromised the president.
  • 2) Evidence of Joe Biden’s involvement and potential financial benefit in Hunter and Jim’s foreign deals, despite his repeated denials that he knew anything about his family’s business. Material from the laptop and from Bobulinski suggests he met with more than a dozen of Hunter’s business partners, including overseas, in the White House, at the VP’s Washington residence and at a three-for-one dinner at CafĂ© Milano in Georgetown on April 16, 2015, to which Hunter invited partners from Ukraine, Russia and Kazakhstan.
  • 3) The coverup.

That’s the way the Republicans in the House are expected to divide up their investigations of the Biden family if they win back the House, with the House Oversight Committee taking the first two lines of inquiry and the Judiciary committee focusing on the coverup.

Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio), the Judiciary ranking member, has promised a forensic examination of the last few weeks before the 2020 election, when evidence damaging to Joe Biden was hidden from the American people, and may have changed the outcome. Within hours of The Post publishing its first scoop about the laptop on Oct. 14, 2020, the story was censored by Facebook, which recognized it instantly as the “disinformation . . . dump” which the FBI had recently warned them about in specific detail, as CEO Mark Zuckerberg revealed six weeks ago on Joe Rogan’s podcast. Twitter followed Facebook and locked The Post’s account for two weeks.

Two days later, on Oct. 16, 2020, Democratic House intelligence chairman Adam Schiff went on CNN to falsely claim that “the smear on Joe Biden and the Biden family is all coming from the Kremlin [and] the intel community has confirmed that.”

Three days after that, on Oct. 19, 2020, 51 former intelligence officials, including John Brennan and three other former CIA heads, published a scurrilous letter falsely claiming the laptop material was a Russian information operation”. The letter got Joe Biden off the hook in his final debate against Donald Trump.

Joe’s 2020 war room

Through this time, Biden went to ground and damage control was being orchestrated in a war room convened by the Biden campaign, involving an anti-Trump Republican strategist with connections to several GOP administrations, and frequent calls were made to Hunter’s former business partners, including Bobulinski.

On Oct. 23, 2020, Bobulinski voluntarily sat for a five-hour interview with the FBI’s Washington Field Office and handed over the contents of his three phones, which corroborated and augmented much of the Chinese portion of the laptop. As whistleblowers later revealed, his evidence was buried by malign actors inside the FBI and marked as “disinformation,” not to be investigated.

The FBI knew the revelations were not disinformation because the laptop had been in their possession for more than a year, since Delaware computer repair shop owner John Paul Mac Isaac had given it to them in December 2019, along with a detailed and intelligent account of crimes he alleged it contained. The FBI knew the truth because they had been spying on Rudy Giuliani’s cloud with a covert warrant for two years from May 2019, a month after he began working as then-president Trump’s personal attorney. The FBI had access to the email sent to him on Aug. 27, 2020, in which Mac Isaac catalogues the evidence of foreign corruption he had found on the laptop. The FBI knew The Post was going to publish the story because they had access to text messages between Giuliani and me. They had ample time to warn Big Tech.

As Bobulinski says, “The facts are just daunting.”

Ex-Hunter Biden business partner: FBI 'altered history' in handling of laptop before 2020 election

Former Hunter Biden business partner Tony Bobulinski expressed outrage at the FBI's handling of damning information he provided them about the first son's business dealings involving his uncle, James Biden, Chinese and other foreign interests, and reportedly the current president of the United States himself.

Bobulinski, a Navy veteran and the former head of SinoHawk Holdings, which he described as a partnership between the CEFC Chinese energy conglomerate and two Biden family members, told "Tucker Carlson Tonight" in an exclusive interview Tuesday that he decrypted subtle word choices by Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg from his own sit-down with UFC commentator and podcaster Joe Rogan. He explained how it allegedly showed the FBI must have known how damaging his information on the Biden family was to the then-candidate.

Zuckerberg told Rogan earlier this year that FBI officials came to Facebook executives and warned them of "a lot of Russian propaganda in the 2016 election" and to be on notice "there's about to be some kind of dump -- that's similar to that, so just be vigilant."

Keying into Zuckerberg using the term "dump" rather than an "article" or "report," Bobulinski said he believes that meant the FBI suggested as much to Facebook, while the agents may not have used the exact term.

"He used the word ‘dump,’ right? He said the FBI beat us [to] that a dump might be coming. They didn't say there might be a story. The dump the FBI was well aware there was a laptop that well aware there were hundreds of thousands of emails and text messages and stuff like that," he said.

"The New York Post published a couple of emails trying to make the American public aware of it. But Mark Zuckerberg just casually said, oh, yeah, the FBI came to us and warned us of a dump," he pointed out, adding executives at the company later "throttled" the overall story's reach.

Combining the two factors, Bobulinski cited the narrow margins by which Donald Trump lost Wisconsin, Georgia, and Arizona – arguing that, had it not been for both the FBI and social media executives' behavior, the results could have been different.

"Twenty-one-thousand-five-hundred votes," he said, citing Joe Biden's net margin in those three swing states.

"The difference between President Trump and Joe Biden was 43,000 votes. If half of those people, 21,500 had voted for President Trump instead of Biden, President Trump would still be in the White House," Bobulinski said.

Bobulinski said he is not laying out the statistics to show support for Trump or to oppose him, but that, simply, "that is fact."

"So that election was decided by 21,500 votes – in the backdrop of a story that is the most suppressed story in the history of the US presidential elections," he argued.

Bobulinski concluded that the FBI therefore affected voters' leanings in November 2020.

"You can call it rigged. You can call it stolen. You could call it suppressed. The American people can call it whatever they want. But the fact pattern is the FBI alone altered history in that election," he said.

Bobulinski later expressed surprise and appeared outraged that Tim Thibault, FBI assistant special-agent-in-charge of the Washington, D.C. bureau, suddenly resigned or retired late this summer.

While Thibault's attorneys have denied claims their client tried to run interference in the Hunter Biden laptop probe, Bobulinski claimed his own counsel had multiple meetings or discussions with the now-ex-agent during the time he was disclosing alleged information about the family's dealings.

Thibault had been named by Sen. Charles Grassley, R-Iowa, in a July letter to FBI Directory Christopher Wray citing whistleblowers who had alleged patterns of political bias from him and other high-ranking officers.

Thibault's counsel, Morrison & Foerster LLP, later clarified their client retired from the FBI and was neither fired, nor forced to retire or asked to retire. They said Thibault turned in his security badge and walked out of the FBI field office with two longtime special agent friends when he departed the agency.

In his interview with Tucker Carlson, Bobulinski said the FBI has not contacted him since the 2020 election, and that the last time he was in contact with the Biden family was when James Biden's phone number rang him during an FBI interview.

Bobulinski said that when he picked up, after agents permitted him to do so, no one was on the other line.
