The male ‘transgender’ offender was
reportedly wearing a dress when he raped the girl in the lady’s bathroom
at Stone
Bridge High School. The school district’s policy allows male
students to use the girl’s bathroom and vice versa.
Not only did the school officials cover up the incident
to ‘prevent controversy over their transgender policy,’ but they also arrested
and prosecuted the girl’s father after he tried to sound the alarm at a school
board meeting.
On June 22, Scott Smith joined hundreds of other outraged
parents at a Loudoun County school board meeting to speak out on behalf of his
daughter. The meeting was eventually deemed an “unlawful assembly” by the board
members, and Smith was one of two people who were arrested that day.
Smith was attempting to tell the board that
his 14-year-old daughter had been raped in the girl’s bathroom by a boy wearing
a skirt, but when another person at the meeting – a local leftist activist –
interrupted and told him that she didn’t believe his daughter, he shouted back
at her. That’s when a police officer grabbed him by the arm and arrested him.
The incident went viral, but his daughter’s story remained buried.

Following Smith’s arrest, the county charged Smith and prosecuted him.
After hearing part of Smith’s cut-off testimony,
the county’s
superintendent – Scott Ziegler – claimed that the outrage
over new transgender policies was “unreasonable” because the school district
had “no record of a sexual assault ever taking place in a school bathroom.”
Thanks to what the Daily Wire calls a ‘false statement by
the superintendent,’ the new transgender policy was approved by the board and
passed after the meeting concluded.
“A school policy passed following what appear
to be false statements from the superintendent – a policy whose passage would
have been politically impossible had Smith’s story seen the light of day.”
The brutal assault was able to be hidden for so long
because the school tirelessly worked to conceal the incident for
months. They made every effort to avoid getting law enforcement
involved in the investigation, telling Smith that they would handle everything
“in-house.” They also lied about the assault when communicating with
other parents at the school by describing it as “something out of the
ordinary.”
The school did not even expel the offender,
all they did was transfer him to another school. Once
at the new school, he was allowed to continue using the girl’s bathroom and he
sexually assaulted another girl just a short while later.
Luke Rosiak of the Daily Wire makes a keen observation,
putting it as simply as you can.
“Two girls, allegedly sexually assaulted in
school, four months apart, by the same person. And so far, the only person
convicted of a crime is the victim’s father.”
This is not justice – It’s the exact OPPOSITE.
The inexcusable actions by these so-called
‘educators’ are truly abhorrent. The Loudoun County School District has
completely obliterated any shred of credibility they were hanging on to and
should be immediately investigated for willfully endangering students in order
to fraudulently advance their radical policy agendas. If the allegations are
true, several people should be put in jail for this crime.
As of right now, the only one being punished is Scott
Smith. It’s sickening.
If you are a parent in Loudoun County or have concerns
about the incident, you can contact their school board here.

Virginia dad who says his daughter
was raped in girls' bathroom was hauled out of school board meeting
The callousness is what is so hard
to stomach from the progressive elites of Loudoun County, Virginia, the
wealthy dormitory community of Washington, DC.
They laughed and cheered when
plumber Scott Smith was crash-tackled by police and humiliated at a
school board meeting on June 22 as he tried to raise the plight of his
15-year-old daughter, who he says was raped and sodomized in the school
bathroom by a boy in a skirt. No one expressed any concern for his
daughter.
There was no compassion, either,
from superintendent Scott Ziegler, who claimed
bafflingly at the meeting that there had been no assault in a school restroom
anywhere in Loudoun County and airily dismissed parents’ concerns about the
risks of transgender bathrooms. Then he gave a little woke homily to show those
powerless parents in the room who really was in charge.
“Time magazine in 2016 called that a
red herring … we’ve heard it several times tonight from our public speakers but
the predator transgender student or person simply does not exist,” he
said.
Tell that to the Smith family.
The rainbow activist who allegedly
threatened Smith’s livelihood at that meeting told him point-blank his daughter’s
rape three weeks earlier did not happen, as if she would know.
He raised his voice and called her a
“bitch.”
Scott Smith’s story of his daughter
being raped by a boy in a skirt in a school bathroom was dismissed at a school
board meeting before he was hauled off by cops.
For that mild response to her
provocation, he was arrested.
The video of his humiliation, his T-shirt ripped, his belly exposed, his pants
pulled down, went viral globally.
No one cared about his shattered
family.
The Soros-funded left-wing
prosecutor, Buta Biberaj, reportedly a
decarceration proponent, tried to get Smith jailed for his disruptive
behavior.
She’s against jailing criminals but
all for locking up an apolitical dad looking for accountability from a school
that failed to protect his daughter.
Jeering progressives demonized and
dehumanized him. They fat-shamed him on social media and toasted their success
at getting him banned from the next school board meeting at which they
passed their policy to turn all Loudoun County school bathrooms transgender.
Who cares if that made girls like
Smith’s daughter less safe in the process?
The subterfuge might have been
successful if it hadn’t been for an enterprising reporter at the Daily Wire
who bothered to find out Smith’s side of the story — and a horrific tale it
is.
The alleged rapist of his daughter
was quietly shipped to another school, where he struck again. That’s a failure
of the school system of Loudoun County, which quite obviously did not take the
Smiths’ complaint seriously.
“If someone would have sat and
listened for 30 seconds to what Scott had to say, they would have been
mortified and heartbroken,” Smith’s attorney, Elizabeth Lancaster, told the
Daily Wire.
But no one listened. Instead, Smith,
48, became the poster boy for the new “domestic terrorism” the Biden
administration has concocted to destroy anyone who gets in the way of its
agenda.
The left-wing activist group National School Boards Association wrote a
letter to President Biden citing Smith’s case, without naming him, and urged
the administration to use the Patriot Act to crack down on parents who
demand a say in their children’s schools. It didn’t seem to occur to Biden
that targeting disgruntled parents with legislation designed for foreign
suicide bombers might be over the top.
Loudoun County didn’t bother to
listen to Scott Smith’s warning as the alleged rapist of his daughter was
simply sent to another school.
Five days later, on Oct. 4, the
obedient Attorney General Merrick Garland issued his infamous memo that sics the
FBI on parents like Smith.
Again, not a thought for Smith or
his daughter.
There wasn’t a word of compassion in
the statement released Wednesday by Loudoun County Public Schools. Citing
privacy concerns and respect for police matters, it excused
itself and school board members for their silence about the Smith debacle and
the false information provided to parents.
“What’s happened to Scott Smith’s
daughter and the second victim is something that could happen to all of our
children,” says Smith’s friend and fellow Loudoun County parent Elicia Brand.
“It’s not a transgender issue. This is a child endangerment issue.
“We don’t want politics and
ideologies and agendas in school … We don’t want sexually explicitly material
in schools [or] normalizing pedophilia.”
She says the reason the June 22
meeting got rowdy was because the progressive school board had “stacked the
deck” by opening public speaking slots a day early so that pro-transgender bathroom activists could
fill the slate.
One after the other, activists spoke
in favor of the unpopular policy and traduced the majority of parents in the
room as bigots. One said “hate … seems to be dripping off the followers of
Jesus in this room.”
When parents in the room objected,
the board threatened to close the meeting and instructed them to use “jazz
hands” — silent gestures instead of cheering, jeering or clapping. Then the
anti-Jesus speaker was reallocated her time so she could repeat the hateful
remark.
When former Sen. Dick Black finally
had a chance to speak, he said it was “absurd … for teachers to call boys
girls, and girls boys” and lamented that Loudoun County schools were “teaching
children to hate others because of their skin color.” The crowd gave him a
rousing cheer instead of using jazz hands. So the board closed down the
meeting, causing uproar.
Caught amid this Kafkaesque
nightmare was a father trying to protect his daughter. Too bad. He’s an
inconvenient reproach to the perverted equity agenda, so he must be crushed
like a bug.
