Rep. Mo Brooks (R-Ala.) said that the final outcome of the presidential election may be decided according to the 12th Amendment and Article One and Article Two of the U.S. Constitution when Congress convenes in early January.
“The ultimate say over whether to accept or
reject” Electoral College votes for any state “is not a court’s job,” he said.
“It is Congress’s job under” the Constitution “coupled with federal statutes
that govern this issue.”
“Congress has the absolute right to reject
the submitted Electoral College votes of any state, which we believe has such a
shoddy election system that you can’t trust the election results that those
states are submitting to us, that they’re suspect,” Brooks told The Epoch Times
this week. “And I’m not going to put my name in support of any state that
employs an election system that I don’t have confidence in.”

Brooks noted that he doesn’t have confidence
in the election results in several states, including Georgia and Pennsylvania,
where Democrat Joe Biden is the projected winner by razor-thin margins.
President Donald Trump’s campaign has filed lawsuits in several states,
alleging irregularities, voter fraud, and violations of state election laws.
The Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS)
cybersecurity division said this week that the Nov. 3 election was the “most secure” in history, while several states’ secretaries
of state have said there isn’t enough evidence of voter fraud that would result
in overturning the election. However, Federal Elections Commission
Chairman Trey Trainor has said otherwise, claiming he believes “there is voter
fraud” in several key states that went for Biden.
Brooks, perhaps in laying out a potential GOP
strategy, said that “on January 6th at 1 p.m. Eastern time, the 50 states will
report to Congress, the president [of the] Senate will preside over this
meeting” and “will report to Congress what they contend are their Electoral
College results in their state.”
“If a House member and a senator objects to
the submission of Electoral College votes by any state, that immediately
triggers a House floor vote and a Senate floor vote on whether to accept or
reject those Electoral College votes submitted by that particular state,” the
Alabama Republican said. “The amount of debate on the House and Senate floor is
limited to two hours under federal law.”
Brooks said Congress will then determine
whether to reject certain electoral votes, thereby taking them “out of the
mix.”
His reasoning for removing votes from certain
states is because they’re “running a poor election system” and “a system so
suspect that you can’t give credibility to the results that are being
reported.”
Brooks said under the 12th Amendment, the
House would then determine who the president will be, while the Senate will
determine the vice president. In the House, he noted, it’s not a simple
majority vote, but “it is a majority of the states who determine who the
president … will be.”
“Based on the election results we just had,
the GOP will control 26 states out of 50,” Brooks said. “That’s a majority,
with a possible 27th” as one election hasn’t been called yet, he added.
“Presumably, the Republican nominee would be
favored, because the GOP controls a majority of the state delegations in the House
of Representatives.”
He noted that a similar situation unfolded
nearly 200 years ago during the contingent election of 1824, which saw John
Quincy Adams—who was the “second-place finisher”—elected president, since no
candidate won a majority of the electoral vote.
Earlier this week, Harvard Law professor
emeritus Alan Dershowitz predicted that Trump might attempt to settle the
election in Congress.
“Let’s look at the big picture: The big
picture now has shifted,” Dershowitz told Newsmax. “I do not believe that
President Trump is now trying to get to 270 electoral votes. I think he thinks
that’s out of the question.
“What he’s trying to do is to deny Joe Biden
270 votes, by challenging in Pennsylvania, Georgia, in Nevada, in Michigan, in
Arizona.” Dershowitz added that not allowing Biden to reach 270 out of 538
votes would eventually force a vote by House state delegations, where
Republicans have an advantage over Democrats. Currently, the GOP has a 26-23-1
state delegation majority in the House of Representatives.
“If he can keep the Biden count below 270,
then the matter goes to the House of Representatives, where, of course, there
is a Republican majority among the delegations of states, and you vote by state
if it goes to the House,” Dershowitz said. “He’s trying to follow the playbook
of three elections of the 19th century.”

What a computer expert said about voting
results in Michigan
Donald Trump's attorneys and investigators say he was
winning Michigan by a landslide until ballot-counting computers were turned off
in the middle of the night. When they were turned back on, Joe Biden
suddenly not only closed the gap, but surged ahead.
"My colleagues and I ... have studied ... the
November 3, 2020, election results," said computer security expert Russ
Ramsland of Allied Security Operations Group in a sworn affidavit
Tuesday. "Based on the significant anomalies and red flags that
we have observed, we believe there is a significant probability that election
results have been manipulated[.]"
Until about 2 A.M. election night, Trump was running
ahead in Michigan, "generally winning between 55% and 60% of every turnout
vote," said Ramsland. "Then after the counting was closed
at 2 a.m., the situation dramatically reversed itself, starting with a series
of impossible spikes shortly after counting was supposed to have stopped."
Here's Ramsland's explanation: "The several spikes
cast solely for Biden could easily be produced in the Dominion system by
preloading batches of blank ballots in files such as Write-Ins, then casting
them all for Biden using the Override Procedure ... that is available to the
operator of the system."
"There were 289,866 more ballots processed in the
time available for processing in four precincts/townships, than there was
capacity," said Ramsland.
In plain English, that means they counted almost 300,000
more ballots than physically possible.
"This is not surprising because the system is highly
vulnerable to a manual change in the ballot totals as observed[,]" said
Ramsland. "[W]e believe that these statistical anomalies and
impossibilities together create a wholly unacceptable level of doubt as to the
validity of the vote count in Michigan, and in Wayne County, in
particular."
The Dominion "systems contain a large number of
vulnerabilities to hacking and tampering," according to
Ramsland. "These vulnerabilities are well known, and experts in
the field have written extensively about them."
The state of Texas rejected use of Dominion because of
its vulnerabilities to hacking and cheating.
Ramsland's affidavit was given under oath and penalty of
perjury. He lays out in it what happened in Michigan, how Dominion
voting machines were operated, and how a big Trump win suspiciously turned into
a loss. The startling discoveries above are only a portion of the
numerous alarming "red flags" Ramsland's investigation
found. And Michigan is only one of many U.S. states that used
Dominion systems to count votes and determine winners on Nov. 3. Michigan's
response is that there were no improper irregularities and that unofficial vote
totals show Biden winning the state by about 3%.
See for yourself what Monica Palmer and William C. Hartmann, two courageous
Wayne County election officials who refused to certify the highly questionable
voting results this week, found beyond the pale that prevents them from
certifying the election in good conscience. Their lists of
irregularities are staggering.
The mainstream media will not publish these details
precisely because they illuminate the corruption they want to keep under
wraps. Read them and weep. Then share them.

Trump.
The Trump legal team is a group of patriots attempting to right a huge and potentially devastating anti-constitutional wrong. There is a mountain of evidence of election malfeasance in the key swing states but the mainstream media refuses to do it job! The media/democrat cabal is attempting a massive cover-up of the latest rendition of the greatest political conspiracy in U.S. political history.

Big Data to the Rescue: The Electoral College Meets Data Pattern Science
By Jay Valentine | The American Thinker
Too many Americans who never had a civics class are learning about the Electoral College, which they are coming to realize may be James Madison’s “Do-Over Button” for times just like these. (If you are under 35, Madison was a president a long time ago.)
The Electoral College is the last chance to stop a
presidential election from going off a cliff. Let’s take some examples.
What if the presidential candidate of a leading party
were caught taking bribes from an American enemy and that was learned after the
vote counting began? What if his son delivered prima facie evidence, and
a witness stepped forward weeks before the election and the media suppressed it
so the voters never heard a word? What if a candidate were in early stage
dementia and his party and the media hid it?
What if millions of American voices were suppressed
utilizing social media, so only the voices of one party were allowed to speak?
Oh my gosh! How could such things happen?
The Electoral College has a “do-over button.”
States fail to certify the vote, and Congress decides. Remember, Congress
is the house of the people -- Nancy Pelosi notwithstanding.
Madison and his pals actually thought that through over two
hundred years ago, no kidding.
It applies only to the presidential vote, not to senators
or representatives. The Founders knew how important it was to get the
executive thing right.
So just how do we make a case to the Electoral College
that massive voter fraud, on an industrial scale, thwarted the will of the
American people?
Remember, the Electoral College at this point means six
Republican legislatures in swing states!
Well, there are ways that will not work. One of
them is the long, slow slog through interminable, dusty election precincts,
counting one vote here, a dead guy who voted over there, three ballots where
the local team filled out the missing fields. That is the loser road.
James Madison, meet Big Data. Actually, meet
statistical data pattern analysis and together, grasp hands and speak to
America.
Fraud at an industrial level is not a new thing. It
happens every day.
I recall when our fraud team met with the CEO of one of
the world’s largest insurance companies. You know them. In our
presentation, with his fraud team present, we showed the record of a doctor to
whom they paid over a hundred grand a year, for almost a decade, for insurance
medical bills.
Their fraud inspectors sat confidently at the long
table. They said “…yeah, we know him, he’s clean.”
In our next slide, we showed that the address where they
were sending checks was a federal prison where he had been incarcerated for
years.
Ouch!
Our team built the fraud engine for the largest online
auction house. You may have used it. We uncovered industrial fraud
at most of the top 10 property and casualty insurers. We did this with
big data analysis.
What’s that, you say? Well, take a look at Andrea
Widburg’s story.
The video
explaining big data is a little complicated. Watch it
a couple of times. It is college level statistics, so you will get it, I
promise.
Here’s the summary: For the election returns in
many precincts to happen the way they did, Biden would have to flip a coin
1,000 times and get heads every time. We aren’t done here.
He would also have to do it over and over again, in
scores, perhaps hundreds of precincts.
Welcome to big data analysis.
Industrial fraud is always discovered with statistical
analysis like Andrea’s subjects do quite well in this video. Industrial
fraud is pretty cool because from the outside, it is invisible. Remember
the doctor getting paid in prison, above.
When subject to statistical analysis against known
patterns, industrial fraud stands out like a dinosaur walking through a field
of peanut butter. It is unmistakable.
Is such analysis proof?
Yes, it is proof that there is an anomaly of such
proportions that it must be investigated. And this isn’t hard.
Remember, all the data you need to do the analysis is after-the-fact voting
data. You do not need to see a single ballot.
Like Andrea’s subjects, you just need to know that in
precinct after precinct, there is an unmistakable pattern that the more people
vote for Trump over Biden the greater the number of Trump votes the counting
machines scoop from Trump to Biden.
The pattern is one that can only be done by machines,
like a computer. There are too many transactions, with too straight a
line, across too many precincts, to be the guys with the ballot boxes arriving
in the middle of the night. They are extra fraud.
What’s next?
Industrial fraud must then be summarized in a picture or
two that anyone, even a state legislator, can understand. No matter its
strength, it will not be understood by Fox News. In the video noted
above, the authors get pretty close.
Using big data, measuring against historical trends,
enables many of the math geeks who inhabit the internet to find these
frauds. Andrea’s boys did a good job but there will be many more.
They will all find the same thing – industrial-scale voter fraud.
This isn’t going away and there is much more to find.
The magic is to craft the picture so that anyone but Fox
News can understand it.
That forces our state legislators in the six battleground
states to hit Madison’s “do-over button” and let Congress decide.
There may not be enough time to crawl through every vote
by hand, but big data analysis will find that dinosaur in the peanut butter,
show it to the most recalcitrant state senator and reveal this election to be
the fraud it clearly is.
